Life Coaching Process
Establish what you hope to achieve through life coaching.
If you aren't clear on your goals yet, that is okay! I am trained to ask you the right questions and actively listen to what you are saying (and not saying) to help you decipher what truly matters to you. Often, I am able to uncover your deepest desires and the right goals will come to surface that we can move forwards with objectives and get a good idea of expectations on both ends.
Fill out assessments to identify what gives you meaning and purpose.
The primary goal of these initial sessions is to give you absolute clarity about what you want to achieve, and then help you develop a personalized plan to achieve it. to get a better understand of who you are and what you stand for so that success is redefined to bring fulfillment to your future. You answer some very focused analytical questions which challenges your thinking and the perceived limitations.
Commit to completing certain tasks before the next session, "homework."
These will generally consist of specific actions which have been identified as being the most important things you can possibly do to move closer to your big goals. By making a commitment to your coach, you’re not only focused on the most important tasks to achieve to your goals, but you’ll also have someone holding you accountable to make sure you’re constantly following through
Reward yourself for following through and getting closer to your goals.
Commitment, accountability and follow-through are some of the most valuable components of the life coaching process and they are a big reason why people who work with a life coach make so much more progress than they do when working alone or with those in your environment who may be uncomfortable with your progress and growth.

1 hour meeting = $90

Includes: scheduled weekly one-on-one sessions, e-mail/text support, between session 'homework', impromptu calls as needed, personal value assessments and strategies for change, accountability partner.
1 hour one-on-one session = $60
*minimum of one hour - maximum of two
1 month plan = Call for price
3 month plan = Call for price
Includes: scheduled weekly one-on-one sessions, between session 'homework', impromptu calls as needed, text (if applicable), and meetings with the parent.
All Coaching Services are pre-paid.
If an appointment is missed the grace period is 3 days, afterwards client prepares for next scheduled appointment the following week.
Illness may require over the phone discussions.
Negotiations on time lines are limited.
Respectable call hours are a requirement.
Confidentiality is fully respected.
